Xugo provides innovative web mapping to enhance the user experience, displaying location visualisation both on the desktop and mobile APP. A map location can be provided to identify where the task is required to be completed, or the location of an asset. Xugo's map has many display actions - aerial imagery, standard road map or a hybrid of the two. Tasks/assets/spans can be displayed on the map as pins and be selected and edited all within the map.

A Xugo user can add any attachments (photos, documents, images, videos, files) to an asset/span or task as required. Attach an access track PDF to a span from the office or capture and attach photos from the field to a task using the Xugo App.

Xugo dashboards and reports provide a near immediate real-time view across your vegetation program. Typical operational status reports provide visibility by span status across the entire network or as limited by allocation/region/responsibility/contractor etc.. and they can show overdue and aging spans. Progress reports can show tracking against task allocation by contractor/grouping of a program of work/upcoming workplan.
