Introduction To Care (1 Day)

Course Objective
This course is designed for new Care users. During the day, participants will gain an understanding of basic Care functions and be able to confidently navigate Care, while taking calls from consumers.

Course Objective
This course is designed for advanced Care users. During the day, participants will increase their understanding of Care Special Functions and confidently undertake administration tasks in Care, including setting up new users and creating or modifying triggers, thresholds, letters and forms.
