Care CRM™ is our comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) software application.
It allows you to capture, manage and follow-up on your customer feedback in an effective manner, thereby improving consumer loyalty to your brands.
Consumer issues can be resolved using a structured work-flow incorporating technologies such as internet contact forms, mail-merge and email follow-up, all seamlessly integrated into the Care architecture. Follow-up tasks that are required to resolve issues may be allocated internally or externally and tracked by supervisors, to ensure resolution.
Care may be configured to perform automated actions that are triggered by combinations of values in screen fields.
Care also includes knowledge management features, enabling reference material that is pertinent to the current product or situation, to be displayed on a consultant's screen, as required.
You can use Care to generate and print reports, letters, cheques and other reimbursements.
Care can be database independent and may be used with the following database systems:

● SQL Server®.
Care can import data from most third party applications such as SAP® and Microsoft Office.
CRM Workflow
Care’s integrated workflow management allows you to remain focused on your consumers instead of being preoccupied with your CRM system. Care is easy to use and features single point data entry and retrieval. It also allows for seamless interaction with third parties such as couriers, laboratories, factories/plants, distributors and lawyers.
Care contains inbuilt messaging and “pop-up” information screens, so that your consumer service personnel can access information in real time. Care validates all data entry to ensure that customer contact information is valid and that sufficient detail has been captured to process the issue or feedback. Management are automatically alerted to any problems or escalations.
Care integrates with the mail merge features in Microsoft® Word to allow you to easily create and use form letters and standard responses. You can also create consistent email response templates.
The use of consistent response formats reduces your workload, increasing efficiency and improving customer service performance. This allows you to present a more professional image to your consumers and to engender a high level of trust in your organisation.
