Finding the right balance of authenticity
There is only one word that means much at all – and that is "authenticity". Social media is definitely not about perfection – it's about being real.
Some people get it...
Like the staff at Faull's shoe shop. While I was there in my well loved red boots, they organised some polish, with the sales person testing the colour and then polishing both my boots. Service – they get it.

Consumer Law & Compliance
SFI addresses Consumer Law changes - are you ready?
New laws coming into effect on January 1st include mandatory reporting of consumer product related incidents where death, serious injury or illness has resulted.

To make your job easier, SFI have been setting up a Web portal where you or your customers can log any issues relating to your products or services.

You can operate this yourself or have SFI monitor it and submit reports to the Commonwealth Government and the ACCC when appropriate to do so.

Contact us to find out how we can assist you in ensuring that you are compliant or to find out more about the changes.
