SFI Conducts "Consumer Emotion, Sentiment and Advocacy NOW" study
Wednesday, 19 August 2009
SFI International is conducting National Consumer Sentiment, Emotion & Advocacy NOW Study, the results of which will be made available at this year’s SOCAP symposium. The aggregated survey results represent the latest findings available and are indicative of consumer sentiment today, providing a leading edge to those practitioners forming policy and practices in the next year and beyond. The results are expected to suggest the necessary changes in behaviour and policies that we, as decision makers, must make to gain, maintain and retain customers in the future and re-establish trust and loyalty as we emerge into better times in an increasingly on-line world.
Without knowledge, are we guessing? This survey seeks to understand the consumer sentiments, emotions and advocacy that underpin our purchasing of products and services in today's market.
Outcomes will allow business to benchmark against the findings to ensure improved customer/consumer understanding of the relationship between today’s satisfaction levels and customer loyalty.
The executive report will be available for purchase on request.
Additionally, you may engage SFI to conduct this research, customized for your company, including the addition of specific questions you wish to seek results for.
